Who is JAY.

I am Jay, a writer, poet, photographer, athlete and aspiring author. I obtain a profound passion for writing and photography. I am largely inspired by my past, my present and the experiences of those around me. My aspiration is to share my love for writing with the world with hopes that they will gain a broader perspective of how I envision life’s circumstances. Writing allows me to express myself in various ways—it allows me to be whatever I want to be at any given time. I can live through my characters, telling their story of struggle, pain and endurance as if it were my own. Writing is an outlet that is both calming and rewarding. My literary goal is to publish a book of short stories or thought explosions, and in time, a novel. -swj
